Hunting for Seashells
One of the popular activities on Honey Moon State Park is shelling, but it didn't register with me until I got there. I wish I was more prepared. I spent hours picking seashells up and ended up not bringing any home. Next time...

For someone who is not a morning person, I've been catching a lot of sunrises lately.
I caught a glimpse of this gorgeous sunrise from my hotel room at the Vinoy Resort. I ran out to the park across the street to capture this. Glorious sunrise.

The Forgotten
Once before, there was a girl who collected and buried dead flowers. She felt as if she would be one of them later. When her beauty had left, she would just be discarded on the sidewalk as so. The least she could do was giving them proper funeral.

Sunrise By Haystack Rock (045/365)
I read somewhere that sunrise looks great over Haystack Rock so I woke up early to see it. It had been raining the day before and when I was walking there so I had no expectation at capturing anything good.
I am not a morning person but the experience was totally worth it. The tide was at its lowest. The sand lit up under the low sun light. Light rain drops occasionally brushed my skin. There was so sound but the breaking waves over those rocks. Serenity.
But I guess my project 365 ends here. I suppose the fact that I had to go home upset me too much that I haven't been able to pick up my camera to take pictures around here. Maybe I'll regain appreciation for my hometown again some day.
