Project365-6: Scottish Salmon

Taken on Jan 6th for Project 365. This is #6.

I am starting to think my theme should be "food" since it has been dominating this series. :) I guess you know then what is important to me. :D

This is the Scottish Salmon served with lobster quenelle, pea tendrils, pinot noir reduction with parsley froth by Thee Bungalow. They are having specials this week for their anniversary.
